Cinthya García Gutiérrez is an attorney with two years of experience in the professional practice of Corporate Law, with a special interest in Intellectual Property and Consumer Law. She holds a Diploma in Commercial Companies Law and has experience in legal research, analysis, and advisory work.
She supports the drafting, review, and analysis of legal documents, as well as the follow-up and management of procedures before government institutions. She also helps manage the administrative and operational functions of the firm in Nicaragua, contributing to the proper monitoring of internal processes. Among her professional goals, she aspires to continue her academic training through a master’s degree in Business Law and Intellectual Property, and to develop legal research and content on Consumer Law in Nicaragua.
