Experience

She is a Guatemalan lawyer and notary public. Bachelor’s Degree in Legal and Social Sciences, Universidad Rafael Landívar. Master in International Business Management. Authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice to practice law and notary.

He has participated as party counsel in labor arbitration, in the area of labor law, advising on issues related to the construction industry, banking, contracts for the provision of professional services and telecommunications services, insurance and industry. Labor counseling in the business area, mediation and conciliation, both judicial and extrajudicial.

She was a professor of Labor Law and Commercial Law, currently she is an examiner for the Professional Technical Examination in the area of Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law at Universidad Rafael Landívar. She has been a legal advisor to institutions in the areas of construction, petroleum, pharmaceutical and telecommunications services, in the area of property registration, commercial, general property and contracting issues both commercial and civil. Incorporation of companies and corporations, minutes of general shareholders’ meetings and notarization of bank loans, mortgage and chattel loans, as well as trusts and bonds. He also works in the area of intellectual property and has provided corporate advice to entities since 2002.
