Salvador Fonseca
Salvador Fonseca is an expert lawyer in International Private, Consular and Migration Law, with experience in international organizations and treaty negotiations. He was Ambassador of El Salvador in Argentina and Panama, as well as director of prominent academic institutions. Currently, he is part of Novis in Nicaragua, providing advice on business, inheritance and matrimonial nullity.

Salvador Fonseca is a lawyer with an outstanding trajectory in Private International Law, Consular and Migratory Law, as well as in the negotiation of treaties and international cooperation. His experience includes consulting in business and private interests in matters such as contracts, inheritance and family law, applying different legislations according to the framework of international law.
Thanks to his training as a canonist, he is qualified to intervene in marriage annulment proceedings. His diplomatic career has allowed him to develop a deep knowledge in Consular and Immigration Law, advising in processes related to international mobility and legal representation abroad.
Prior to joining Novis in Nicaragua, he served as Ambassador of El Salvador to Argentina and Panama, Rector of the Diplomatic Institute and Coordinator of the Diplomatic and Consular Staff of El Salvador. In addition, he has held academic leadership positions, such as Head of the Department of Legal Sciences and Director of the Masters in Business Law and Constitutional Criminal Law at the Universidad Centroamericana (El Salvador), as well as Director of Liaison at the Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico).
