Experience
Mario Antonio Sáenz is an attorney specialized in corporate law, with a track record that includes mergers and acquisitions, international business transactions, corporate reorganizations and contract structuring. He has been authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice to practice law and notary public, and has solid experience advising investors and companies in corporate formation, restructuring and corporate governance.
He began his career in the areas of contracts and intellectual property, and between 2003 and 2004 he represented the Association of Free Zones of El Salvador before the Ministry of Labor. His experience includes the transfer of assets, sale and purchase of businesses, recapitalizations and regulatory compliance in labor, competition and intellectual property matters.
In the area of dispute resolution, he has participated as arbitrator and counsel in commercial, civil and labor litigation, in addition to mediating and negotiating in commercial disputes. His knowledge and experience have led him to serve as a professor of commercial law, contributing to the training of new professionals in the area.
