With more than 25 years of experience in the legal field, Roxana has provided services to various national and international companies in the Central American region, specializing in the areas of Corporate Law and Intellectual Property. Her focus is to provide strategic solutions to protect and enhance her clients’ businesses.
In corporate matters, his practice has encompassed:

Corporate structuring, corporate reorganizations, structuring of all types of commercial contracts, including contracts between related parties, technical assistance contracts, collaboration contracts between companies, mergers and acquisitions, legal audits, advice to Boards of Directors, foreign investment, among others.

In Intellectual Property matters, his practice includes:
Study, protection, management and surveillance of trademark portfolios of national and international clients; structuring of contracts for the protection and transfer of intangible assets in Intellectual Property matters, protection of trade secrets, know how, technology, among others.
