Mario Antonio Sáenz

He is authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice to practice law and act as notary public. His career started out by working in the fields of Contracts and Intellectual Property. From 2003 and 2004, he served as a representative of the Association of Free Trade Zones of El Salvador to the Ministry of Labor.

He currently provides consultancy services on a wide array of business matters related to mergers and acquisitions, international commercial operations, various types of contracts, and general company affairs. Additionally, he provides legal consultancy services to new investors and companies that are in inception stages or to other types of strategic associations or alliances undergoing inception or restructuring stages, as well as providing consultancy services on general corporate governance affairs.

His experience encompasses a wide array of business and commercial matters, including reorganizations, the transfer of assets, the sale of businesses or business divisions, the sale of assets, and re-capitalizations. Further, he advises clients in complying with regulatory requirements in a wide variety of labor, competition, compliance, and intellectual property matters.

In the field of disputes, he has participated as an arbitrator and as counsel, he participates in mediations and commercial negotiations, as well as in commercial, civil, and labor litigation.
