International Trade
El Salvador has entered into various Bilateral treaties with other states in order to generate better conditions for producers of goods and services on both sides. This requires taking into consideration the controlling entities of said activity at the international level, such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), or regional entities resulting from the integration of several states such as the European Union (EU), the Central American Integration System (SICA), the Secretariat for Central American Economic Integration (SIECA), and others.
Amidst this context, Novis Estudio Legal has professionals that specialize in investment or free trade agreements and in the Central American economic integration regulations that are currently in force in El Salvador and in other countries. Said regulations provide for special investment conditions due to preferential treatment in terms of tax incentives, free movement of goods and services, export or import quotas for certain goods and, in addition, provide for the existence of alternative dispute resolution methods.
