Experience

Estela Sáenz de Colorado is a Salvadoran lawyer and notary public authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice, with an outstanding track record in arbitration, dispute resolution and corporate legal advice. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and solid experience in institutional arbitration both in El Salvador and Guatemala. He is an arbitrator of the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador, of CENAC of the Chamber of Commerce of Guatemala and of CRECIG of the Chamber of Industry of Guatemala.

He began his professional career in the Intellectual Property area within the Salvadoran banking sector, working in contract review, recovery of arrears of micro and medium-sized companies, and judicial litigation between 1996 and 2003. He also assumed negotiation responsibilities during his collaboration with the electric company DEL SUR, leading agreements on municipal rates with mayors’ offices.

Estela currently advises companies on a wide variety of legal matters, including contracts, corporate, and labor law. She has represented construction companies, financial institutions, industrial companies and government institutions in national arbitrations related to the construction industry, service contracts and banking. Her experience and commitment to excellence in legal practice make her a highly respected professional in the corporate legal field.
