Salvador Fonseca
Francisco Salvador Fonseca is a renowned lawyer, academic, and Salvadoran diplomat. Since 1993, he has been authorized to practice law and notary services in the Republic of Nicaragua. His career is marked by extensive experience in international organizations, focusing on cooperation, negotiation, and treaty formulation. As a legal consultant, he specializes in addressing the business and personal interests of individuals, such as family law, contracts, and inheritance matters, under the purview of Private International Law. His diplomatic experience has endowed him with profound knowledge in Consular and Immigration Law. Furthermore, his training as a canonist enables him to participate in processes related to the declaration of marital annulment.
Before his tenure at the NOVIS office in Nicaragua, he held several prestigious positions. He served as the Ambassador of El Salvador to Argentina and Panama, acted as the Rector of the Diplomatic Institute, and coordinated the Diplomatic and Consular career of El Salvador. In the academic arena, he was the Head of the Department of Legal Sciences and directed the Master's programs in Business Law and Constitutional Criminal Law at the Universidad Centroamericana
in El Salvador. Additionally, he was the Director of Liaison at the Universidad Iberomericana in Mexico.
